This notice describes how the personal data of people who visit wbproductions.it, and of those who contact us through the form on the site, are processed, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we process and why
Contact form and demo submissions. When you fill in the form we collect your name, email address, the subject and the text of your message, including any links to tracks you choose to send us. We use these data only to reply to you and to assess the material we receive. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling the enquiries we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Providing the data is optional, but without them we cannot reply.
Browsing data. In the course of normal operation, the systems that run the site record some technical data such as the IP address, browser type, the date and time of the request and the pages visited. These data are used to keep the site working and secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and are not used to identify visitors.
Spam protection. The contact form is protected by automated checks that verify the message is being sent by a person. These checks take place on our site and do not involve sharing data with third parties.
Contact form statistics. To understand whether the form is being seen and used, the site records how many times it is displayed and for how long. For this purpose your browser sends our site a random code, which changes every time the page is loaded and cannot be used to recognise you on later visits. No cookies are used, nothing is stored on your device and the data are not shared with third parties (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies
The site does not use profiling, statistics or tracking cookies, whether its own or third-party. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to work may be set: the law does not require consent for these cookies, which is why no banner is shown.
You can in any case block or delete cookies from your browser settings.
How long we keep the data
Messages received through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and in any case no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless a contractual relationship arises from it, in which case the periods laid down by law apply. Browsing data are kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes stated.
Who we share the data with
The data are not disseminated or sold. They may be processed, on our behalf and according to our instructions, by the providers of the technical services needed to run the site and email, including Register.it, who act as data processors. If a provider processes the data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer takes place with the safeguards provided for in Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.
Links to external sites
The site contains links to third-party platforms and services, such as digital stores, streaming services and social networks. When you follow one of these links you leave our site: the processing of your data is governed by the privacy notice of the destination platform.
Your rights
You can exercise the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR at any time. In particular, you can:
- ask for confirmation that data about you exist and obtain a copy;
- ask for them to be corrected or updated;
- ask for them to be erased or for their processing to be restricted;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- ask for the portability of the data you have given us.
To exercise these rights, write to the contact given above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
